Women’s Empowerment campaign

This year I’m proud to lead the Women’s Empowerment campaign at UUSU. I believe, there is no better time than now, to address misogyny, tackle violence against women and girls as well as educate society on how to respect a woman.

Emily Roberts, VP Education

Northern Ireland is one of the most dangerous places to live in Europe as a woman or girl. This isn’t a statistic we can shrug off, ignore or accept

Together, we can play our part in Ending Violence Against Women and Girls

So… if you share my passion for all things Women’s Empowerment and Gender Equality, use the following link to express your interest in joining the Brand New Student Led Women’s Empowerment Network:  https://forms.office.com/e/kswTdD9twn

Each campus will have its own committee, which consists of:
• Chairperson
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Campus Rep x3
• Welfare Officer
• Events Co-ordinator

You can also use the form to simply express your interest in being a member, it is completely free of charge

Committee’s and campus members can collectively come together for events, activism and lobbying

Together, we can demand for better
