ResLife

Offices will be closed during the Christmas period from 4pm Friday 20th December 2024 and will reopen 8:45am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.  A range of support services and events are available throughout the period and full details have been sent via email and are available on the ResLife website at www.ulster.ac.uk/accommodation.  If you need urgent assistance, please contact university security.

 

Student Wellbeing

Student Wellbeing offices will be closed on all campuses from 4pm on Friday 20th December, reopening at 9am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

During this time Ulster University students can still access support from multiple sources:

 

 

 

Library Services

Library Services (staffed opening hours including enquiry services and access to books) closed on all campuses from 8pm Friday 20th December 2024.  Re-opening at 8.45am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Campus Libraries will provide 24-hour access to spaces for Ulster students and staff with the exception of December 25th 26th and January 1st. Open areas will include study environments, social learning spaces and access to computing, printing, scanning and photocopying facilities.

Students & staff must have their card with them to gain access and we ask that users report to campus security desks before entering libraries.

Closed on all campuses from 4pm Friday 20th December 2024, re-opening at 8.45am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Campus Access

 

In order to ensure your security and safety whilst on campus during the Christmas vacation all campus buildings will be locked down during the period of closure. Plans to access campus outside of 25th December, 26th December 2024 and 1st January 2025 should be approved in advance.
