ResLife

Offices will be closed during the Christmas period from 4pm Friday 20^th December 2024 and will reopen 8:45am on Thursday 2^nd January 2025.  A range of support services and events are available throughout the period and full details have been sent via email and are available on the ResLife website at www.ulster.ac.uk/accommodation.  If you need urgent assistance, please contact university security.

Student Wellbeing

Student Wellbeing offices will be closed on all campuses from 4pm on Friday 20^th December, reopening at 9am on Thursday 2^nd January 2025.

During this time Ulster University students can still access support from multiple sources:

• There is counselling support from Inspire, which is accessed by calling their 24/7 helpline 0800 028 5510 or by emailing ulsterstudents@inspirewellbeing.org (Not 24 hour)
• Online self-help resources are available from the Inspire Student hub (using the PIN UUHUB!) https://www.inspiresupporthub.org/students/

Library Services

Library Services (staffed opening hours including enquiry services and access to books) closed on all campuses from 8pm Friday 20^th December 2024.  Re-opening at 8.45am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Campus Libraries will provide 24-hour access to spaces for Ulster students and staff with the exception of December 25^th 26^th and January 1^st. Open areas will include study environments, social learning spaces and access to computing, printing, scanning and photocopying facilities.

Students & staff must have their card with them to gain access and we ask that users report to campus security desks before entering libraries.
