Black History Month 2024

Celebrate Black History Month with UUSU!

As we get into October it’s time to celebrate Black History Month. A time to celebrate and recognise the rich tapestry of Black British history and culture.

Black History Month is celebrated every October, recognizing the contributions and achievements of Black individuals and communities throughout British history.

The month serves as a platform to educate and promote awareness about the rich heritage and diverse cultures of Black people.Join us this October as we honour the past, celebrate the present, and inspire the future. We encourage you all to attend events in your cultural dress to celebrate the rich culture of our members.
