The Advice Bureau team are committed to enhancing your student experience and journey during your time at Ulster University. We believe issues should be resolved as quickly as possible, and offer a free, confidential, independent advice service to all students.
UUSU Advice Bureau are available throughout the year to advise, support, assist and represent you. We can discuss concerns and answer any questions via our free, independent service.
Academic advice is independent from Ulster University and we help you navigate and understand the policies and procedures. You can speak to us about appeals, disciplinaries, complaints, and mitigating circumstances such as illness.
Housing Advice our advisers are on hand to assist you no matter where you live. We can support you with issues with your landlord or flat mates, repairs, or issues in Accommodation/Housing.
Health and Wellbeing issues are often wide ranging can affect anyone at any time. The Advice Bureau offers you a safe space to receive practical advice on a variety of issues including discrimination, bullying and harassment
