Help create change within your Students’ Union

Do you want to help shape the future of your Students’ Union? Any student is able to write and submit a policy document that will then be considered by Student Council. If you need any advice or guidance with writing the policy document, please get in touch – we are always here to help.

Here are some quick tips to help you get started:

  1. Create a policy that you are passionate about with aims and objectives in mind
  2. Follow the guidance document (PDF) that explains the procedural steps
  3. Present the policy to Student Council

Submit a Policy

Please provide a name for your policy, even if it is temporary for now
Focus on factual information, statistics, etc that support and give backgound information on your policy
We need to know some solid facts about your policy (required field)
Why does this matter? Why is it important? (use facts and opionions to build your case for this policy)
Tell us why it matters to you? (required field)
Focus on the things you want to happen if this policy is passed
Let us know what you want to come from you policy (required field)
