What service does Frank offer?

He is available to give advice + where appropriate, assistance on any aspect of your finances while you are studying.

He can help you decipher the maze of rules & regulations around student funding vis-a-vis Tuition Fees, Student Loans, Bursaries etc.
He can help you ensure that you are getting any benefits to which you may be entitled and explain how these might be effected by or impact on your Student funding.
He can help you avoid many of the possible pitfalls by helping you understand how the whole funding process works so that you can take appropriate and timely action.
He can help with advice on budgeting and , if problems do arise, he can advise you on managing your debts.
You DO NOT have to have a problem to call in for a chat . Sometime just chatting things over can help... so please make contact !

No appointment is required but it may be an idea to ring in advance, if you can, just to ensure that he is there and free.
It would also be helpful if, when coming to see Frank, you could bring all the documentation you have relating to your university funding and / or your benefits.

In particular you should bring all correspondence with Studentfinanceni and / or The Student Loans Company.
